Summer
I knew my list wasn't complete nor comprehensive-I forgot the premiere of Toy Story 3! My son loves the first 2 movies, and we went to see the 3D double feature release of 1 & 2 last fall. TS3 comes out June 18th and I don't even have it on my calendar! My mom's birthday is a few days after the release and I think that's how we're celebrating. She and I chatted this evening and she wants to have him spend a week at her house. Go Grandma!

my MIL has all the cousins at her house for a week each summer. i call it Camp Grandma. She does it during their week of VBS and all the kids go together. She takes them to a friend's farm to see and ride horses, and takes them swimming and to the movies-lots of fun. And we the parents get a lot done, too. I have repainted many a room during camp Grandma week.
ReplyDeleteOh girl! I have that on my calander but not on my Summer list, lol. Hawk can't wait it will be his first time in the movie theater (I hate going- but making an exception for TS3).
